The site and its tools
BaconOS is a marketing site for our AI revenue infrastructure service. The stack-check tool available on the site produces an automated, unverified read-out based on pattern-matching against your public website — it is a starting point for a conversation, not an audit, and not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. We make no guarantee of its accuracy or completeness, and you shouldn't rely on it for business decisions without independent verification.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site's forms or tools to submit false information, spam, or abusive content
- Attempt to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the site beyond normal search-engine indexing
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual property
The site's content, design, and branding belong to BaconOS unless otherwise noted. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose it for commercial use without our permission.
No warranty
The site and its tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BaconOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including decisions made based on the stack-check tool's output.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where BaconOS operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
